Have you ever received a revelation from God on something and it sparked so much joy inside of you that you wanted to tell someone about it, testify about it or even ask your Pastor if you could preach about it? Then the condemning voices of fear from your past come to haunt you. These voices tell you that “you aren’t good enough” or “who do you think you are” or “nobody is going to listen to you” so you agree with these negative words and decide to be quiet. If this resonates with you, as it has for me on many occasions, this is written with you in mind.
Here are three things that I suggest that you do:
- Tell those voices that Jesus gave you His righteousness so you don’t have to earn it. Isaiah 54:17, “No weapon that is formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of Me, saith the LORD. (KJV)
- Rise up in faith, because “The Lord says, I will rescue those who love Me. I will protect those who trust in My name”. Psalms 91:14 NIV
- Keep on moving- The Bible says that faith without works is dead, in other words faith requires action on our part. Our faith fueled actions are pleasurable to God because it shows that we believe what He says. “God is not human that He should lie, not a human being that he should change His mind. Does He speak and then not act? Does He promise and not fulfill?” Numbers 23:19 NIV

March 15, 2016 at 11:05 AMGirl, yes! This right here is a constant battle for me so I know I have no other choice but to get my message out. I read Psalm 91 daily to motivate myself. It reminds me that i am not doing this alone anyway. I am definitely surrounding myself with women who hold me accountable to move forward and will check me if I don’t.
