I do #1, most of my arguments with my hunbasd stem from #2, I can see #3 in many of my relationships, but #5 is definitely my weapon of choice. The cost is neglecting myself and acting out of fear and not love. Feeling like if I don’t put others first I could lose their love. The love option is balance. Care for myself, love myself, then I can love others in a healthy way. Do things for others from a place of love. (I thought it was a place of love before, but I know now that it was from a place of fear). I will be happier and therefore my relationships will be stronger. This is not surprising since my brand of fear is disappointing people.
