Hi Moms!

Did you know sweet potatoes are packed full of nutrition? Those spuds are far better than the traditional white potatoes.

Sweet potatoes are a great item to prepare in advance and store in the fridge as a grab ‘n go option. Recently I’ve been enjoying sweet potatoes in salads or as a side dish too.

So go ahead…sneak in some nutrients plus delicious flavor. I hope you’ll try this recipe and, please, lemme know if your family likes it!

Sweet potatoes are on heavy rotation in our kitchen. Yummy and versatile. And the maple syrup = my sweet tooth is so happy! Can’t wait to make this. O

MJ, I make a version of these and use agave and top them with golden raisins and they are yummy. Now I’m gonna need to try these out as well 🙂
