Woohoo! It’s Saturday and it’s Day 11 of the FLY Mom Challenge! We are almost halfway there! Hopefully you got to treat yourself to a nice facial treatment yesterday. I did a quick olive oil and avocado treatment for my extra dry skin and it worked miracles! A big thanks to Tia & Tamera for sharing that on their site as that will now be a regular for me!
It’s the beginning of the year where most people make fitness goals. Do you have any for the year? Mine are to tone and lose these last 8 or so pounds that are lingering around. I usually try to get to bootcamp on Saturday mornings but that didn’t happen this morning. I actually prefer the type of exercise that doesn’t really feel like I’m exercising (Zumba anyone?). So today I think I might have to dance around the house or dust off my Wii-Fit.
