Day 22 – Meditate or Pray: 31 Day FLY Mom Challenge

Day22_PrayOrMeditateStress is an unavoidable part of life. One of the things that can be difficult for us as moms is to effectively deal with it. We can become so lost in the day to day that we don’t even realize the effects of negative stress until we’re knee deep in it. Today, I challenge you to use your 31 minutes to meditate or pray.
